My problem with the Woodward "revelations" is that to believe US intelligence services aren't DAILY monitoring the Orange Felon's communications and aren't themselves WELL aware of any and ALL calls overseas made by tRump is courting delusions. Now, unlike Woodward's book, what NSA and the CIA actually know about tRump and his communications with overseas interests - friends, adversaries, "business" - can't be publicly revealed, BUT, they KNOW, and if tRump does cross the line and violate US statutes, it will eventuate in prosecution, bank it.
