It’s good to be reminded that US voters, as a group, does not care that much about world politics. I would suggest that this is the case for most nations. I daresay the Ukrainians care a lot about how best to handle Russia and indirectly other nations that may bear on its present existential struggle. But I wouldn’t mind betting the average, low educated Polish voter may not care so much or insofar as such individuals do care, they care rather more about economic and social issues – just like Americans.
PS I hope I'm wrong but I think it highly likely Kevin McCarthy will lose the speakership and that the Republicans will take a lot of time to find a new speaker. The upshot will be that the House won't be up to considering new bills funding Ukriane for some time.
